able from 2nd October 2008 till 1st December 2008 for those who want to enter the online lottery dv-2010. The lottery will issue 50,000 visas for the eligible people to live permanantly in the USA.

How to apply for this Lottery this year?
1.Keep one of your digital photo file of yours according to the specification, it must be taken within 6 months on the date of application. If married you MUST include your spouse and eligible children digital photo files too.
2. The online E-DV forms will available only in the American Goverment’s web site for a period of 60 days. The web site is not accepting entries now. Once it is accepting we will provide the link here.)
3.It is free to apply online if you know how to apply, there are some web sites assit you for money in the internet. Those who live in the USA can get it done at many public libraries for free or for a small fee. You submit or another compny or person submit all have the same winning chance.
4.Winners will not be given directly with American visas, but will be given a chance to apply for the immigrant visa by paying a non refundable visa fee of US$ 755. If for any reason the visa is rejected your visas fee will not be returned.
5.The Lottery is covered by simple but STRICT RULES.
6.You must be born in an eligible country or clim it in another given way.
You must have Successfully passed the High School after attending for 12 years.
Or should have 2 years of work experience after 2 years of training in a job that should be listed in the Onet as per DV Lottery instruction. You must read the instruction well, if you are going to qualify through work experience.

‘Tune Fiction Contest’ Festival at Techtunes
