Once you complete your application, you will be registered with this address into the DV-2013 Visa Lottery Program. At this address you will receive your notification letter from the US State Department, if your file was selected for further processing.

The DV-2013 application processing fee of $14.99/person is only payable by Credit or Debit Card. You must own one or get permission from a family member or friend to use theirs, in order to complete this application.

PROCESSING FEE

The USDVLotteryPortal’s DV-2013 Processing Fee is $14.99 / person per each file. This will cover the verification of your file, editing of your photo and correct submission to the State Department servers of your file. Payment is done after clicking the “Apply for DV-2013″ button above. Your credit card statement will list “Bluewave Hosted Networks“, our Gateway Processor, for this charge.

FORM DETAILS VERIFICATION

After submitting your DV-2013 Visa Lottery Form, you will receive an email with all the personal details you entered and photo, at the email address you indicated in the form. Please verify each field and make sure you have entered all information correct and without any spelling errors (missing letters, wrong dates etc). If you made a mistake, simply email us so we can edit your file before processing.

After payment confirmation, all completed forms will be processed, starting October 5 2011 and you will receive your DV-2013 Program Certificate of Registration and your Unique Identification Number by email.
